How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping zones in the near future.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a specific description of how the item fits (e.g., 'runs small' or 'true to size'). We also provide a general size guide in our footer menu.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Since we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Are your items restocked once they sell out?
Many of our items are limited edition and do not restock. However, you can sign up for 'Back in Stock' notifications on the product page to be alerted if a return or restock occurs.
